- NYS- STARC-Bridgeview.
- 13 week assignment with the ability to extend for up to 2 yrs.
- Nights 7p-7:30 and 11:30p-7:30a.
- Schedule: Week 1: Fri 7p-7:30a, Sat 7p-7:30, Tues: 11:30p-7:30a Week: Wed 7p-7:30a, Thurs 7p-7:30a, Mon 7p-7:30a, Tues 7p-7:30a.
- 32 hrs one week, 48 hrs the next.
- Must have an active NY license.
Vital member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team focused on providing compassionate care through patient-centered and recovery-focused mental health services to individuals with serious mental illness including: coordinating and providing care, conducting nursing assessments, preparing, implementing, and modifying nursing care plans, providing health teaching, counseling, and education to individuals and families, implementing infection control protocols and procedures, and observing and recording individuals' symptoms and care; reporting responses to medications or changes in health.
